I really recommend this place just because of the location and because it’s spacious Positive: Very spacious and very good location near to the old city it feels luxury just because of the all the space that you have Negative: For me, it was the smell of the cleaning products and the bathroom could be much nicer, especially the floor is kind of soft and it feels a bit off

Wohnung abgerockt, Lage entschädigt für alles. Positive: Die Lage ist perfekt, super zentral gelegen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen - das Auto stand die ganze Zeit in der Parkgarage, welche nur 200m entfernt ist und nur 12€ / 24Std kostet. Negative: Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist abgerockt. Etliche Lampen defekt. Keine Heizung. Bettlaken zu dünn. Badlüfter ohne Funktion. Duschkabine schief und undicht. Schränke und Türen aufgequollen. Badezimmertür schließt nicht.
