MyStay - Estudio con vistas al jardín de Porto Bolhão

Positive: La habitación y el baño son amplios y cómodos. El acceso directo al patio exterior donde está la piscina y una zona de mesa y sillas es un punto muy favorable también, se está muy agusto. Negative: Por poner un punto mejorable, renovar la pintura de la habitación, lo demás todo perfecto.

Positive: La taille du lit, l’emplacement, la réactivité du personnel, le départ jusqu’à 14h Negative: L’état du jardin et de la piscine (pas d’entretien), le sol était sale (pleins de miettes à coller sous les pieds)

Schlechtes Aparment Positive: Die Lage ist bestens Negative: Das Apartment ist und die Jahre bekommen. Türgriff zur Toilette defekt. WC Spülung defekt. Es ging nur ein Fenster auf. Der Pool und der Garten runtergekommen

Positive: De ligging en het snel beantwoorden van onze vragen. Negative: Deurklink badkamer is stuk, zat opgesloten en moest bevrijd worden.. Ook de wc bril is schots en scheef en hangtmeer naast de pot dan erop, is aan vervanging toe. Terras ziet er absoluut niet meer mooi en onderhouden uit. Ook het zwembad zou beter onderhouden mogen worden, er lag veel gruis in. Zeer lawaaierige bovenburen die al vroeg in de ochtend heen en weer wandelen en s'avonds idem. Belichting in badkamer veel te min. Ook het vervelende is dat de kraan aan de lavabo in de badkamer een automatische is waardoor gezicht wassen tot ergernissen leidt daar het stromend water steeds onderbroken wordt.

Great price for the location but needs some TLC Positive: Fabulous location, so accessible to see key locations during our visit and not far from airport. Mercado do Bolhão 5min walk away. Kitchenette if needed for cooking to keep costs down, especially kettle for a drink in a morning. Towels included and soap. Shutters to keep heat out and air con if needed. Plenty of seating and space in rooms. Negative: The rooms are in need of some TLC, stained walls and headboards, broken shelves, fittings, toilet flusher, switches which don't do anything. Floors needed a good clean, upon arrival our feet were dirty from walking on floors. One room hadn't had rubbish fully removed from previous guests, there was an old used towel hung up in bathroom, a pair of used underwear left in a drawer, and a torn towel in the pile of fresh ones. Very noisy when people use stairs and move in upper apartments. Stagnant water outside was quite strong smelling, deterring us from sitting out.
