MyStay - Appartement avec vue sur le jardin de Porto Bolhão

Positive: Location Negative: Pool, seating, outdoor area in general

Ok for a night or two Positive: Location very central. There were enough toilet/bath supplies Main bedroom bed comfy Discount on the park garage Free coffee and a bottle of water Clean. Maintenance/housekeeping staff are nice and friendly Manager answers on queries promptly Pool Negative: The apartment needs some TLC. Floor creaks so loud in the whole apartment that will wake your whole group up if you decide to pee at night. The faucet from the kitchen sink did not have hot water. Issues with blankets, confusing coz the duvet cover were just linens on top of thin linens. You will think that there arent blankets and the way they put it on the bed they're like tucked in all together as one with the bed sheet. The coffee machine is tricky to use. The AC did not make the whole apartment cool enough. The pool was dirty when we arrive. The lights were so dim even in the toilet. The sofabed in the living room was not comfy. We arrived and they gave us the wrong door code so we had to msg the manager and waited about 20mins to resolve the issue since there is no office or info desk in the building.

Positive: Posizione Negative: Sporco! Lavandino e porta del bagno e macchinetta caffè rotti, abbiamo dovuto acquistare noi anche le cialde. Sciacquone a vista, dovevi infilare il dito per tirare l’acqua! Hanno risolto il problema, in parte, la sera prima della partenza e quando siamo rientrate entrambe le porte delle camere/appartamenti erano spalancate, poteva entrare chiunque!!!!!

Never again Positive: Localisation of the apartment is very good if you want to reach city centre fast. There's a lot of different shops and restaurants nearby. It was nice that after my stay I could leave my luggage in safety box in a while after check-off and before airport transfer. Rooms were also well cushioned and silent. Negative: Ok, first it was really hard to communicate with the host. Before my visit I was trying to ask about the iron or any other additional equipment. No feedback 👎. Regarding apartment quality... it needs to be refreshed immediately! The walls are damaged, there is a lot of dirty in bathroom corners, the equipment is very used up. For sure it looks totally different than on the pictures. Each chair was different, the coach had signs of stains which was disgusting... The decorative furnishings ale also very poor comparing to the pictures on the booking. My apartment was located on the second floor without a lift. The wooden stairs cracked unbelievably on every step. The same situation in my room. Regarding equipment... there were no glasses or cups even when there was a coffee machine!... How I was supposed to prepare this coffee? Directly in my mouth? And what was even worse is that I asked for cups, the host gave them to me, and after one day he took it away again when I was not in the room... Really. Regarding wellness zone... it's disaster. The equipment is used up, there was a lot of rubbish. Whole area looks disgusting in my opinion (see pictures). At the end... If you're paying around 90eu per night you should receive a higher standard. It's definitely not meet my expectations.

Good location but expected cleaner apartment for this price Positive: It was close to the city, you can walk everywhere. Good restaurants and coffee shops are very near Negative: Noise frome the corridors and street are very loud. I am a good sleeper but someone with not so good sleep will have difficult time having a good rest. Room was very worn down, walls and bathroom were dirty.
