Quite dirty worn out facilities. This could’ve been such a nice stay but they really need to give some maintenance and r Positive: The location Negative: They never replied to my concerns, I called and WhatsApp and emailed and never heard back.

Desastre y sucio Positive: La ubicación únicamente Negative: A la llegada la habitación estaba sin limpiar con las camas totalmente desechas y las toallas mojadas encima de ellas , el suelo sucio comida en el frigorífico , la paredes sucias humedad en el plazon de la lámpara , la tapa de la cisterna rota la llave del baño rota también , me atendieron telefónicamente nada más llegar me dieron un código para una nueva habitación , no funcionaba y ya no pude ponerme en contacto con nadie ya que al número que antes me habían cogido ya no atendían y me dijeron que tenía que ponerme en contacto por WhatsApp no mail y tampoco me contestaron ni siquiera a día de hoy por lo que tuve que dormir en el suelo por qué era asqueroso el estado de la habitación

Positive: Muy céntrico, tuvimos un problema con el desayuno, pero nos lo solucionaron muy rápido.

Great price for the location but needs some TLC Positive: Fabulous location, so accessible to see key locations during our visit and not far from airport. Mercado do Bolhão 5min walk away. Kitchenette if needed for cooking to keep costs down, especially kettle for a drink in a morning. Towels included and soap. Shutters to keep heat out and air con if needed. Plenty of seating and space in rooms. Negative: The rooms are in need of some TLC, stained walls and headboards, broken shelves, fittings, toilet flusher, switches which don't do anything. Floors needed a good clean, upon arrival our feet were dirty from walking on floors. One room hadn't had rubbish fully removed from previous guests, there was an old used towel hung up in bathroom, a pair of used underwear left in a drawer, and a torn towel in the pile of fresh ones. Very noisy when people use stairs and move in upper apartments. Stagnant water outside was quite strong smelling, deterring us from sitting out.
